This (launch tFile with tApp) works for me using Livecode 9.6.11 under
Windows 11. Obviously with different paths.
In my case tApp is C:/Program Files/TextPad 8/TextPad.exe
and tFile is C:/Users/paul/Desktop/Win Cert 2023/Cert2023.txt
