This really should be easier to get to for prospective users
(aka customers. subscribers).
Apparently the only way to get there from the main page is
Scroll to the bottom
Find the Resources link
Click on Support (!)
Scroll down to the Support section
Find FAQ
Click the button
It's down there just above the link to the April 2022 Live Conference.
