If you mean set the behavior *after* creating the standalone, that should be possible, but it won't stick. You would have to set it each time. If you mean set a behavior of a e.g. a stack or a card (or anything) before creating the standalone, then it should be possible and should be permanent. Is it possible you're seeing some sort of path issue?
