Not many know about the ellipsis character:

HORIZONTAL ELLIPSIS …

And there is also ᠁ ⋰ ⋱ ︙ ᠁   the last being the MONGOLIAN ELLIPSIS.

It’s all in the Character Viewer, on the Mac -- Control/Command/Space.
