I think I know what happened. I may have has a window open from the unmentioned plugin when I issued the command to set the behavior. I may have inadvertently set the behavior of the plugin's open card to that of my own button! ACK! I can simply reinstall a copy of the plugin.
Note to everyone then, be sure you have selected what you think you have selected before willy nilly assigning behaviors.
