Again, why would one want to? :-) 32 bit only apps are apps that are not maintained, and have likely not been maintained for quite some time. Win XP 64 bit was released in April 2005. 15 YEARS ago. The die was cast way back then. Anyone who refused or were unable to update their apps to 64 bit are likely not in the business of software development and support, or else are not very serious about.
Try running apps for Windows ME or OS 9. It’s only a matter of degrees.
