Unpleasant rants . . . Indeed: what I write was unpleasant.
There is, sometimes, a time and a place for unpleasantness, or, as some would have it, 'speaking directly.'
But, as many people have said softer, more tactful things for a long time to largely no avail, it might just
be that an unpleasant rant gets through. If I offended anyone re running companies, that is just a side effect. The simple fact is . . .
