That has happenned to me in standalones. My Login stack has a really nice graphic of a lock and key as a background image, and it looked like someone had taken a piece of plastic with the logo on it, and stretched the top edge to the right and the bottom edge to the left! After removing any color profiles in any of my images, it *seems* to have cleared up, but I'm not certain as to why.
