Can I ask, does it Mean Crash To Desktop? I searched the uselist and lo and behold the earliest use of it is by Bob, answered by Peter Brett - and Peter seemed to know what it means. So by a process of induction (guessing?) and assuming its like a BSoD (Blue Screen of Death for people who still use MSDOS) I have Crash To Desktop in my mind when I see that.
