I think the IDE standalone builder is setting it during the build. So now, if you build for Windows and move it to that OS, and a script queries the effective textfont in Windows, I bet it's still "Lucida Grande", even though the field should display in the system font (since there isn't usually a Lucida Grande on Windows.)
I think the test will fail, but if someone has time maybe they'll test it. It would be nice if I were wrong.
