Well, that's interesting. Here's what I've got in my Resources folder.
Of course, mine's been accumulating stuff for a while, so who knows
where these things came from...

Script Libraries (empty)
You will not have an 'Image Libraries' folder until, either, you have
created one personal imahe library,
or you create a folder there yourself.
