I have been bashing my head against the wall, trying to get the wrinkles out of a liveCode stack to do this. In fact, when we have Cyberduck (Mac Only) and FileZilla (Mac and PC), both perfect for solving this problem, for single or multiple files, I don't know why I am wasting my time (I think it's just a question of pride !!). Both programs are freeware and are as easy as pie to use, once you have configured them.
