Just yesterday a gal who has been using a computer for 8 years called me and wanted to know how to get to a web site. So I told her what the address was. She said, "I typed that in but I get a whole lot of weird stuff."
So I asked her, "Are you doing a Google search?" She said, "Yes Google." I said, "No type the address into the address bar." She said, "What's that?" 8 years of doing almost nothing but browsing the web and she didn't know how to type an address into the address bar.
