Are you on Windows? Do you have QuickTime installed? I'm on Mac, and have no problem playing the video.
Is there any chance that where you are has YouTube blocked? It doesn't work in Chrome, and in Firefox you have to run in 32 bit. Not sure why, it works in Safari in 64 bit.
