how about the peer to peer setting? maybe it's a block on that site specifically, or some other setting altogether?
Now that i thougth about it a bit more, I faintly remember some starcraft2 streams not working for me, when I made a specific settings there. so I'm actually pretty sure it is one of these settings that interfere!
