MySqlWorkbench incorporates the features of both the Mysql Administrator, and Mysql Query Browser. These were beta and were fairly unstable. MySqlWorkbench replaces them and is free.
When I was having trouble with Mysql Administrator, and Mysql Query Browser, I purchased Navicat. That wrked really well for me too, but MySqlWorkbench is free and does everything I need it to.
