I just did this with and without the print dialog and open for printing. It 
printed to my default printer. 

I did notice however that there is no "fit to page" in the Page Setup. THAT 
would be a nice feature addition, especially since it's a darned good bet that 
a card on today's modern monitor is NOT going to fit snugly on a page. 

Is there a property I can set for that? I suppose I can do the math and figure 
out the percentage of scaling I would need to fit within the margins, but a 
property like "pageScaling" that could be set to a percentage, or none (100%) 
or auto (whatever fits) would be nice. 

I will peruse the help file and see what I can find.
