I submitted a request a while back to have an option to sort the substacks of a main stack in alpha name order in the IDE Application Browser Window. It's report number 9299. I have no idea if the dev team place any weight on the number of votes a request receives but if this is something you would like to see, give it a vote at http://quality.runrev.com/qacenter/show_bug.cgi?id=9299
