On January 12th I highlighted that people planning to attend the upcoming Usability hackfest have not sent in travel subsidy requests.
On the 12th, I mentioned the following:
I have pinged the travel committee and nobody has yet sent in a travel subsidy form for this event. If you are needing assistance with travel costs, please submit a form sooner than later so that the GNOME Travel Committee can work out the costs.
As of today, we have only received one request. I hope this is because everybody has found other ways to fund their travel. However, if you are planning to attend, need travel subsidy assistance, and have not yet filled out a request, please do so quickly. It is most likely that travel subsidy requests will be accepted if they are not submitted at the last minute. Note that there is a link to the Travel Subsidy process and form after the "Attendees" section on the Usability hackfest Wiki: http://live.gnome.org/UsabilityProject/London2010 Brian _______________________________________________ Usability mailing list Usability@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/usability
