We're going to have some confused users no matter.
Most GNOME users (both potential users and current users) have used Firefox
at some point. Even if they're accustomed to Ctrl+Alt+PgUp, they'll be able
to figure out that the shortcut is Ctrl+PgUp when Ctrl+Alt+PgUp does't work.
On the other hand, if we use Ctrl+Alt+PgUp, a large group of people who are
only used to Ctrl+PgUp wont succeed in figuring out the keyboard shortcut.

I'm not sure about that. I was a Mac user for two years and I still learned
to use Ctrl+PgUp because of Firefox.
