I like the idea a lot.

When I have a bit more time, I'm going to try to come up with a prototype
for this, along with some drag and drop functionality to make it usable for
inexperienced users. (E.g. Dragging a file over a shape/sheet would make the
shape expand so that the user knows that they can simply drop the file to
place it in a new shape.)
