Hello all, Can anyone point me towards concrete usability tests for software/technology? I need to write a paper reviewing a test (checking validity, reliability, etc.). Are there many "usability" tests out there or are they mostly just picking random people and having them give feedback? Also, are there any good usability resources out there? Not just specifically for Gnome but software testing in general? Thank you.
