You can't submit in iTunes, and they use the commercial Gracenote CDDB
service.  I refuse to support FreeDB as it's data is utter pants.

You only need to use this button if you want to edit the upstream
metadata, if you just want to be lazy and fix it locally you can edit it
inline in the treeview.

Not bad.  I wish there was a sane way to programatically upload metadata. :/
