There are two problems here.
1. Missing xml-apis-ext.jar from the classpath in the squiggle launcher file.
This is easy to fix.
2. Network access disabled as security policy. I am not sure if it is possible
to give full network access so that squiggle doesn't throw that error. Even if
it was possible I will have to evaluate that change from security perspective.
Let's hope I will be able to fix both bugs for upcoming Ubuntu release.
