I have the same problem!

I tried to resolve:

- Create the folders bin, jmfinit, jmfreditry, jmfstudio, lib!

- Edit .bin, try sudo in some lines.....

echo sudo `pwd`/JMF-2.1.1e/lib >$HOME/.jmfdir
JMF-2.1.1e/bin/jmfinit /tmp `pwd`/JMF-2.1.1e/doc/jmf-policy $allowCapture 
$allowSave
sudo cp -f JMF-2.1.1e/lib/jmf.properties JMF-2.1.1e/lib/jmf.properties.orig
echo "Done."

But, no results....
