I have reviewed the source for muse-0.7.3pre4 available from the
OpenSUSE archives, and cannot find any differences that would explain
this behaviour.
My experience is as follows. Please tell me if your differs, or if you
believe me to have replicated the bug:
1) Open Muse (new song)
No audio channels defined for JACK
No automatic connections
2) Add an Input (new JACK audio track)
2 Audio channels defined for JACK
No automatic connections
3) Connect the input to capture devices (either with a JACK tool like
Patchage, or with MuSe).
2 Audio channels defined for JACK
Manual connections shown
4) Save this as a new song
5) Close MuSe
6) Open MuSe
7) Load the song saved in step 4
2 Audio channels defined for JACK
Automatically connected to JACK sources

muse dont connect the audio chanels to jack on startup
