I've noticed some poor usability when it comes to ubuntu's lightdm and multiple users. Mainly: If any of the users are logged in you can't reboot.
Example: Lets say you have 3 users logged in. You are logged into the admin account. You try and reboot from your session, it just kicks you right to the login screen. Trying to reboot from the login screen does absolutely nothing. No warning that other users are logged in, no offer to reboot anyway with a root password prompt or something. The only way for you to reboot is to switch to a tty and invoke sudo reboot. This is very un-userfriendly and confusing for users that are not experienced with the command-line. Such a user would simply not be able to restart their computer, until they get all the other users on their computer to enter their password and log out manually first.
