Hello Pedro, Isn't that rather an issue with how the application (the twitter website if I got you right) implements dynamic loading of content? Where is the issue with the overlay scrollbars? Does is not work at all with twitter or does it just behave odd?
I use another application that loads content dynamically like you described daily, but I tend to use the scrollwheel up until now. It would be interesting if there could be an improvement done from the OS side or if it's something to be fixed from the application side. Regards, Benjamin
