idea is, we could add an option on a right-click of an icon
in Dash that will pin it to the Dash home. This could be done
by adding a section above recent apps, maybe titled "Pinned

I am a huge fan of pinning icons to the launcher, so I have a lot
of them. Sometimes, it is hard to get to them quickly though. The
benefit users would get from pinning to the Dash is that users
could pin a lot of icons to the Dash, and quickly find them while
inside Dash.

That would seem to be an issue too - but it takes more icons to clutter
the Dash with too many icons than it does the Launcher.
