Might I suggest you try building them yourself? Yes it will require a significant amount of learning before you can successfully do that, but along the way you will learn a lot about the true impact of your suggestions, and possibly even why they're not as good as you currently think.
Plus, it's much more likely that a feature implemented in code will be accepted, than an idea expressed in email.
