I think it would just clutter up the "tooltip" ... but Menu/Title-Bar
isn't the only position where the WindowTitle should be placed. Why is
there no WindowTitle on pressing Super+W???

Sure, but if you need to know the name of a file opened that now isn't
on the application you are using...this feature could help...as
