Yes, but in the rapid update cycle present in pre-release software,
this system sometimes doesn't work according to plan. It's best to
update the entire system at once.
Dependencies should take care of this, but dependencies are rarely
super-specific to particular builds, and sometimes that can cause
issues. So yes, on the beta, stay up to date :)
