Am seeing lots people give bad scores/reviews to apps that are essentially
good, but the packages in USC have some kind of issue or need updating.
The scores are not reflecting the quality of the apps.
If users are able to flag/vote on common problems/requests with the packages of
these apps, they wouldnt need to down-rate.
Instead of sending users to another interface like launchpad for basic things
like this and follow complicated procedures (except full bug reports), would be
better to have it right in the app store (like other stores).
