We should replace the Alt+Tab+Down-Arrow with *Alt+Tab+Mouse-Down/Mouse-Up. *Alt tabbing is done with one hand so why should I remove my hand from my mouse at all? It seems like an awful lot of arm movement. The mouse-wheel could definitely be utilized to great effect with that feature and really make the process more intuitive.
