The launcher opens slower , so that you don't open it by accident
frequently :) You can configure that in appearance -> behaviour ->
sensitivity . That is , if I've understood you correctly . You better
direct those questions say at ASK Ubuntu or the forums . Here's the
place for refining design ideas .
