I would expect that they should go on Ubuntu-Devel-Discuss. It used to be the place for them until Ayatana stole all of its traffic. Now that Ayatana has a tighter focus, I expect traffic on devel-discuss to pick up again. Someone please correct me if this is a false assumption.
