Steps to reproduce:
* Open time & date settings
* Confirm "Time in auto-detected location" and "Time in other locations" are
not ticked
* Click on date/time indicator to display dropdown
What should happen:
* Dropdown displays calendar as normal
* Dropdown does not display time for current location (or any location)
What happens instead:
* Dropdown displays calendar as expected
* Dropdown also displays time for current location
Notes:
* The current location time is already displayed in the indicator itself
* See attached screenshot for example
