[umls-similarity] Question about package setup

Hi,all
I am trying to install the UMLS::interface as well as UMLS::similarity.
Followed the instruction I already populated all UMLS knowledge tables in
MySql.However when I tried to install UMLS::interface and UMLS::similarity
from CPAN,the errors raises as follows:[image: Inline image 1]
I checked my.ini file and I configured client section using my root
permission:

but it did not solve the problem.It seems that the DBI function in the
install file never able to read my.ini file successfully.That is why it
used default user ODBC to connect mysql instead of root as I indicated in
my.ini file.
I am using strawberry as my perl environment and I use 'install
UMLS::similarity' to install the package from CPAN.Can anyone help me with
that?Is there any other way that I can try?
