hi every group member: I am doing some research in drug discovery. Recently I install the UMLS::Similarity in my linux machine(Centos). but when I input 'make test' in the install process(I had finished installed the UMLS::Interaction), it repoerts "create-icfrequency.t fail", and says 'Could not open outputfile t/output/create-icfrequency.output'. I don't known what's wrong with it(detail information is in the below picture). but lt still can run. I need to calculate the similarity of two concepts with 'lin'. The lin similarity between C0026769 (disseminated sclerosis) and C0027651 (neoplasms) is 1.26907718115276. this value is certain wrong. it should be 0.3321 But in another pair: The lin similarity between C0036341 (schizophrenia) and C0033975 (psychotic dis) is 0.909861206496316 this value is right, really strange! I need to calculate a large set of data, can anybody help me solve this problem. thanks!!!
my config: sab: MSHrel: PAR, CHDand i use both 2013AA and 2015AA version, result of the 'lin' similarity is the same.
