First to legacy BIOS box which was perfect; second to this uEFI box and failure (this report). Both using same options; OFFLINE install & default full-disk install options. This report will be a duplicate (Simon Quigley/tsimonq2 understands this better). but this may contain messages etc that maybe useful; thus report filed. ** Expected result As I get & reported at https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/464/builds/325121/testcases/1808/results/ that OFFLINE install works. ** Actual result Failure of `apt install` command due to inability to download package due to being OFFLINE. System should install on uEFI systems offline too.
