"Remove apt-xapian-index" from where? The Ubuntu archive entirely? Or
just seeds? I see that it exists in Debian and while orphaned it doesn't
have an RM bug filed against it. So it'll just autosync back, no? Or are
you proposing to sync blocklist it as well? What's the justification for
diverging from Debian here?
