Bug description:
  Lubuntu oracular install to
  - hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 8gb, amd/ati rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)

  Install ALONGSIDE

Problem appears to be internet related

Command 'apt-get update' returned non-zero exit status 100."

However why was internet used; I don't recall (didn't intend anyway)
using internet, though it was available.

I suspect that DNS stopped working part way thru install (I added
8.8.8.8 to /etc/resolv.conf so I could file this report); no idea as
to why.. BUT I didn't expect internet to be used; as my intention was
normal install, no optional snap packages and no updates

(I am tired; so maybe settings were made different to intention in
calamares install options; but no idea why internet is flaky; tv
besides this machine is happy streaming from web)
