[Test Case] 1. With a Lubuntu 20.04 LTS daily ISO, install the package from focal-proposed. 2. Ensure that your current timezone is correctly identified and selected. [Regression Potential] * Any underlying regressions to the XML library could affect this change. * If Canonical's GeoIP service goes down, the default location is New York. This provides a clear fallback. * Edge cases with Canonical's GeoIP service might occur, but should be addressed with the service itself and not our settings.
