Bug description:
I am using 19.04 disco. Kdenlive does not show its top native control
bar when selecting the pantheon, familiar or Redmond nor in the
Traditional panel from Mate Tweaks.
1. It show on the Contemporary, Cuppertino Mutiny
I am new to ubuntu mate and I must say it is an amazing software with
awesome features for free.
I also find if i save a new panel using contemporary the same issue
occurs
