Title: Blender ist compiled without Open Image Denoise Status in blender package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in blender package in Debian: New Bug description: When I try to use the Intel Open Image Denoise in Blender 2.82a by adding a Denoise node on the Compositing tab, the node appears, but it is nonfunctional and displays the text "Disabled, built without OpenImageDenoise". The problem does not occur when I use the binary downloaded from the blender.org website instead of the Ubuntu package. Not sure if this is relevant and helpful, but apparently Fedora has had a similar problem earlier this year; see: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1794521 ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 20.04 Package: blender 2.82.a+dfsg-1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 5.4.0-31.35-generic 5.4.34 Uname: Linux 5.4.0-31-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia_modeset nvidia ApportVersion: 2.20.11-0ubuntu27 Architecture: amd64 CasperMD5CheckResult: skip Date: Thu May 28 20:35:20 2020 InstallationDate: Installed on 2020-05-27 (1 days ago) InstallationMedia: Kubuntu 20.04 LTS "Focal Fossa" - Release amd64 (20200423) SourcePackage: blender UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/blender/+bug/1881184/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntustudio-bugs Post to : ubuntustudio-bugs@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntustudio-bugs More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
