Hello, yes, I've tested it on a VM and later on my real machine with the same 
result on both. I choose the first option because I think the best way to 
introduce linux to a "non-IT, windows user" is through a dual or multi boot 
system and I really like this "Linux for humans" philosophy, so I always give 
more priority to the easiest way.  :-)

ps: I am visiting my home town at the moment and I'm using a very old machine 
here wich doesn't allow me to use a VM, so I'll retake my testing activities on 
the weekend.

Hi,

Never ever tried that kind of installation. I always choose 'Something Else' 
and rarely, I choose the first option. 


I guess you have tested that on VM, correct?
