Hello, yes, I've tested it on a VM and later on my real machine with the same result on both. I choose the first option because I think the best way to introduce linux to a "non-IT, windows user" is through a dual or multi boot system and I really like this "Linux for humans" philosophy, so I always give more priority to the easiest way. :-)
ps: I am visiting my home town at the moment and I'm using a very old machine here wich doesn't allow me to use a VM, so I'll retake my testing activities on the weekend. Regards. Just want to know if this affects someone else. Hi, Never ever tried that kind of installation. I always choose 'Something Else' and rarely, I choose the first option. I guess you have tested that on VM, correct? -- Remember: "All of us are smarter than any one of us." Best Regards, amjjawad Areas of Involvement My Projects
