Thanks for the reply. No I do not think non members can add too a milestone. However, I have added 'ubuntu-gnome' as an also affects project to all my bugs and they do show at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-gnome so anyone subscribed to the bug mail will see them I assume.
