On the past, we didn't need that. Now, things have changed. We are growing bigger and we will grow even bigger. The recruitment plan that I had in mind has two parts to begin with or two phases. Now, we are on Phase 1. Once 13.10 will be released, I will start with Phase 2 :) The Focus at this phase will be on the QA Team. Once our QA Team will have at least 20 active testers, I will feel better :D 8 to go ;) Remember: "All of us are smarter than any one of us."
