There is no such thing as 'general bugs' and 'specific bugs' :D
Bugs are bugs and should be reported (now after we have 12 active testers
on Ubuntu GNOME QA) on the QA List.

https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-quality
and
https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-qa

The General Mailing List should be (IMHO) for Announcement, Support and
General Discussion.
On the past, we didn't need that. Now, things have changed. We are growing
bigger and we will grow even bigger. The recruitment plan that I had in
mind has two parts to begin with or two phases. Now, we are on Phase 1.
Once 13.10 will be released, I will start with Phase 2 :)

The Focus at this phase will be on the QA Team. Once our QA Team will have
at least 20 active testers, I will feel better :D

8 to go ;)
