This Sunday has been a busy day for me and the UA team; I've made the following changes/improvements to the team:
A team news blog has been created, located at http://ua.codechunk.net/blog . Emails will be going out to the two other team coleads for accounts on there. I've been toying with the idea of having a "Official Team Twitter" account for some time, and I finally put it into action. It's results can be found here: http://twitter.com/uateam . nhandler suggested a identi.ca account, that has been created and is located at http://identi.ca/uateam . I'm currently in the process of coding a Perl IRC bot to post from IRC to Identi.ca, which will then forward to Twitter. Stay tuned on that one. I've also been trying to get more people in our IRC channel, #ubuntuforums-unanswered . Any team member is encouraged to stop by on IRC every once in a while. Idling in there would be best. I've also been toying with becoming a Community-Council approved team. I'm not sure on the exact process you use in going about doing that; any input?
