YouTube videos refuse to work on my mini Dell laptop. They get stuck frequently, although I can hear the video playing, I cannot see the picture. And also, I tried installing AIM but every time I try to install things, a bunch of stuff pops up saying there were errors and stuff. I'd strongly appreciate some help.
